Hope Awakening Yoga by Sarah: Hi, I am Sarah. I am a wife to my best friend who gets me and loves me unconditionally, mother to six phenomenal souls who inspire and teach me. I am a disciple of Jesus Christ. He is my Saviour, Advocate and Redeemer. I resonate with yoga and its offerings and teachings. I am becoming a better version of myself because of God and yoga. I know all good things come from God. I find joy in creating a home, refuge for my family, safe haven from the world.
