JOY

I greatly desire to share with you all the joy that I find in my yoga practice. I know this joy comes from God. It is how I saw God in my day today. He is my light and salvation. Because of Him I can be with my loved ones forever. Because of Him I can return to my Father in Heaven in my heavenly home. He has given me the gift of repentance, that I may change and turn to Him. He lifts me to higher and holier ways. Because of Him, I can be forgiven. Nothing is impossible, because of Him. He is my joy. May you all have a blessed holiday season celebrating the spirit of Christmas, Jesus Christ. Merry Christmas!
