SPIRITUALITY

 I saw God in my yoga practice as my yoga journey has deepened my own spirituality. I would like to share another quote by President Holland as he spoke for the Lord and share these truths: “without our religious faith, without recognizing the reality and necessity of spiritual life, the world makes no sense, and a nonsense world is a place of horror. Only if the world has meaning at a spiritual level is it possible for human beings to keep going, to keep trying.”

I wasn’t expecting yoga to increase my spirituality and turn myself towards God, but it did. I thought it was a way to exercise and increase my health. Well it did, it increased my physical health, but more importantly it increased my spiritual health which means more to me than anything.
