FAITH

 

I saw God in my yoga practice today as I let go of expectations of my mind and body and just tried to be curious and open minded. I cultivated faith as I tried new yoga poses with an idea that I would give them a shot even if my body did not move that way. I found that it was possible and felt rewarding to try, to trust my body, to let go and see what happened.  “Truly, faith is the power that enables the unlikely to accomplish the impossible.” -President Russell M.
